But that's the reality for too many women.

Violence against women hurts all of us.

Growing up, I was ashamed and afriad that my father when he abused my mum.

在我成長的過程，我對父親毆打母親的暴力行為感到羞恥和恐懼。

The worse abuse of power is when a man rises his hand to hurt a woman.

最惡劣的暴力手段，就是當一個男人對女人舉起暴力之手的時後。

We all have to take responsibilities.

我們每個人都有責任。

So when you see someone threats a woman，step up，speak out, and get help!

所以當你看到有人威脅女人的時後，站出來，為她發聲，幫她求助。

Letting violences husts all of us, so step up and help her, becaseu one is too many.

允許暴力，讓我們都受害，所以站出來，幫助她，因為沒有任何一個男人應該打女人。
